General information about our offers and arrangements

Reception

Check-in times: Monday-Saturday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m

On Sundays, arrival at the hotel is only possible via a key safe.
Please contact us at least one day before your arrival!!

Check Out: until 12:00

Our reception is staffed between 6:00am and 09:00pm. On request we offer you an Early Check In and a Late Check Out.

Park

We have designated parking spaces for our guests directly in front of the house, behind our new building and 200 m away.
On the way to our parking lot behind the new building, a traffic light comes into view. Green light only means that no car is coming towards you.

Breakfast

Mo - Fr: 07:00 - 10:00 am
Sa - So: 08:00 - 10:30 am

Breakfast buffet for hotel guests included in the room rate.

If you would like to have breakfast with us as an external guest, we charge € 19.50 per person.

Cancellation/Payment

We accept: Amex/Master/Visa/EC cart, Maestro and cash in Euro.
The conditions can differ per room and offer.

Children

... are very welcome. The maximum amount of children and possible costs can differ per room and age.

Pets

... please note that our overnight guests are only permitted to bring pets in our premium rooms with a balcony.
Your pet can be booked directly on our homepage under the appropriate category.

Smoking

Within our facilities, smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. We appreciate your understanding.
Our roofed smoking lounge is always at your disposal.

Number of parking slots: 27 parking slots right beside the house, 30 parking slots in 200m distance; all parking slots can be used free of charge.
