Direct booking – best price

- to be paid in advance
- Cannot be canceled free of charge
- In the event of cancellation, we will retain 100% of the amount already paid

Direct booking – advantage

- bookable without deposit
- can be canceled free of charge up to 6:00 p.m. one day before arrival
- In the event of cancellation outside the free period, we charge 90% of the first night of your booked stay

Group bookings of hotel rooms or a (on-demand) contingent

from 5 rooms of the same period
A cancellation of the group booking/contingent can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
After that, we (Hotel ten Hoopen) reserve the right to charge 90% of the total price of the overnight stay.
We also ask that you provide us with the guest names at least 7 days before your event if the guests have not checked into their rooms themselves.

Conditions for booking celebrations in our restaurant

Cancellation of the celebrations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days in advance.
After that, we (Hotel ten Hoopen) reserve the right to charge 90% of the total price of the food and organizational costs.
We also ask that you provide us with a binding number of people no later than 7 days before your event, which will serve as the basis for later billing.
